When entering our website www.wuesthoff.de information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser employed at your terminal. b) When using our contact form
In case of questions of any kind we offer the possibility to get in contact with us via a form provided on the website. The indication of a valid e-mail address, your last name with first name as well as an address is required so that we know from whom said inquiry comes from in order to respond to the same. Further indications can be made on a voluntary basis.
The processing of data for the purpose of getting into contact with us occurs according to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Page 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.

    •    that it is permitted by law and is necessary according to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Page 1 lit. b for the settlement of contractual relationships with you.

We use cookies on our website. It hereby refers to small text files which are automatically created by your browser and which are stored on your terminal (laptop, tablet, smartphone or the like) if you visit our website. In particular you may request information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of the personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed, the period for which the data will be stored, the existence of the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of personal data or to object to such processing; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; where the personal data is not collected by us, any available information as to its source; the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, meaningful information to its details where appropriate;
    •    according to Article 16 DSGVO to immediately request the rectification of inaccurate or completion of personal data stored with us;
    •    according to Article 17 DSGVO to request the erasure of your personal data stored with us, inasmuch the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of speech and information, to comply with legal obligations, due to reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
    •    according to Article 18 DSGVO to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, inasmuch the accuracy of data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, you oppose its erasure and we do no longer need the data, but it is required by you for establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or you file an opposition against the processing according to Article 21 DSGVO;
    •    according to Article 20 DSGVO to request to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another representative;
    •    according to Article 7 Paragraph 3 DSGVO to withdraw your given consent at any time. This has the consequence that we are not allowed to continue the data processing which was based the consent in the future and
    •    according to Article 77 DSGVO to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule you may contact the supervisory authority of your habitual place or work place or our office.

9. Right of objection

In the event that your personal data is processed on basis of legitimate interests according to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Page 1 lit. f DSGVO you are entitled to the right to file an opposition against the processing of your personal data inasmuch grounds are present which result from your personal situation or the opposition is directed against direct advertisement. In the latter you have a general right to objection which is implemented by us without indication of a special situation.

10. Security of data

During visiting of our website we use the commonly known SSL method (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest encryption which is supported by your browser. As a rule it refers to a 256-Bit encryption. In the event that your browser does not support a 256-Bit encryption we refer to a 128-Bit v3 technology instead.
